Ready to Ship Wigs

Ready to ship wigs will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Pre-Order Wigs

For wigs that are pre-order and not yet made, the processing time is typically up to 2 weeks to allow for preparation, customisation, and styling. Once the wig is complete, it will be shipped within approximately 2 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Essence Lace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Essence Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking shows that your package has been successfully delivered, Essence Lace is not responsible for missing packages after delivery.

International Orders

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
