Wig Purchase Policy

Thank you for shopping with Essence Lace. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

All Sales

Due to the nature of wigs and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a wig has been worn, used, altered, or if the lace has been cut.

Returns

Returns may only be considered if the wig has not been worn, altered, or used and is returned in its original condition and packaging, with the lace still intact and uncut.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Wig Cap Size Guide

Before purchasing, please ensure you measure your head size correctly to select the best cap size.

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your hairline, ears, and the nape of your neck. Please also consider the thickness and length of your natural hair, as thicker or longer hair may require a larger cap size.

Essence Lace is not responsible for incorrect cap size selection, so please measure carefully before purchasing.

Standard Cap Sizes

• Small: 21.5 inches
• Medium: 22.5 inches (most common)
• Large: 23.5 inches

If you are between sizes or have thick/long natural hair, we recommend choosing a larger cap size for a more comfortable fit. Most wigs also include adjustable straps for a secure fit.

Colour Disclaimer

Please understand that wig colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen displays. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the colour will look exactly the same in every environment.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution.

Custom & Coloured Wigs

Many Essence Lace wigs are custom coloured and styled, meaning slight variations in tone or blending may occur. This is part of the custom process and not considered a fault.

Handling & Care

Once the wig has been received, Essence Lace is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, styling, or maintenance.
